- An experience of reflection and insight
- A way to feel connected and aligned with our community
- A killer dance party that will give you a workout while feeding your soul

Cost: $20
No dance experience is required!
The flow of the event will be the following:
- First 15 minutes: arrive and receive 5 introspective questions to prompt your vision development (paper and pens will be provided but feel free to bring your own)
- 10 min introduction and meditation to get grounded and clear on what you’re seeking from the dance
- Dance for 1hr 10 min, the music starts slow, gets faster, then slows down for a meditative cool-down
- 20 minutes for small group breakout reflections and sharing
- 5 min closing circle
What you need to do
- Wear comfortable workout clothes and shoes that allow you to move (sparkle is encouraged)
- Bring a bottle of water
- Bring radical acceptance of yourself and others
