The Zone of Genius framework, developed by Laura Garnett, helps you identify the intersection of your unique Genius (how you think and solve problems) and your Purpose (what gives your work meaning). This plugin brings that discovery process directly into Claude.
What You'll Discover
Through a guided conversation, you’ll identify your Genius archetype from 27 distinct types and your Purpose from 20 options, together forming your personal Zone of Genius. You’ll also get access to a reflection tracker so you can regularly check in on how much time you’re actually spending in your Zone, spot patterns over time, and take action when you’re drifting.
How to Get Started
Once the plugin is installed, simply open a new conversation in Claude and say “Find my Zone of Genius” or “Take the Zone of Genius quiz” to begin. The quiz takes about 10–15 minutes. After completing it, you can return anytime to log a reflection, decode patterns in your data, or get help rewriting your bio or LinkedIn profile through the lens of your Genius.
A Note on Getting the Most from This Tool
The more honestly you engage with the questions, the more accurate your results. There are no right or wrong answers, only true ones. If you already know your Zone of Genius and want to skip straight to tracking, just say “Log a reflection” to get started.
